The 20-foot container is the ideal size of container to load engines. It can comfortably handle 70 to 80 engines depending on the size of those. If the engines being loaded are attached to long transmissions (FR), the total number of engines being loaded will decrease.

In a 20-foot container, we can load 1 to 4 half-cuts and the rest of the parts matching or corresponding to the vehicles. The remaining space will be filled with additional auto parts. We can also load 8 to 10 complete knocked down cars in a 20-foot container.

What are the details of the contents of a 40-foot engines container?
In a single 40-foot container, we are able to load between 100 to 110 engines. A lot of space will still remain and unfortunately, we cannot load more engines because of the weight limit. We strongly recommend filling up the empty space with lighter vehicle parts such as doors, bumpers or nose cuts.
What are the details regarding the contents of a 40-foot complete cars (half-cut) container?
In a 40-foot container, the ideal load is up to 3 half cuts high in one column. Normally, we can load up to 12 half-cuts and the rest of the parts corresponding or matching to the vehicles. We can also load 18 to 20 complete knocked down cars in a 40-foot container.
Do you also load mixed containers (containers with mixed items)?
Yes, NEXTCARS specializes in loading up mixed containers. Usually, we start loading mixed containers by filling up the container floor with engines and heavy auto parts like vehicle suspensions. Going up the container, we then load auto parts, nose cuts, and half-cuts until the container is full.
Do you load tires in containers (full tire containers)?
Yes, NEXTCARS is specialized in loading tire-only containers. In tire-only containers, we load 1,000 to 1,350 tires with sizes ranging from 12R, 13R, 14R, 15R, to 16R. We balance the tire load in the container by loading the container with 80% winter tires, 20% summer tires, and 40% tires with rims. Upon request, we can also load up tires with alloy wheel sets.
